FGP-WPMP is designed to increase total daily production from the Tengiz reservoir and maximize the recovery of resources using state-of-the-art sour gas injection technology. Contributed in company’s Digital Transformation programmes delivering solutions using Azure, Power BI, SQL Server, SSIS, SSAS & PowerShell and Power Platform tools. Project Milestones: • Cloud Migration: SQL server migration was a Azure IaaS(lift & shift) provisioning for the SQL Server and was involved in end to end migration process starting from provisioning in cloud, SSIS package migration, optimisation, Power BI Report migration & security etc. Also performed PaaS migrations for other satellite databases. Network storage replaced by Azure BLOB storage. Developed PowerShell Scripts for transferring data from SFTP to BLOB. • Power BI Dashboards: Delivered various high value dashboards using Power BI. Examples, ETA Attainment Dashboard for the material management team, Data Discrepancy Dashboards for multiple teams, IT Spending analysis, Asset Data, Tag Completion etc. Used various data sources like SQL Server, flat files, excel, ODATA etc. Used advanced DAX functions, M-Query & Dataflows. Used Power Automate to refresh dataset based on external conditions. Used Power Apps to allow write back from Power BI report. • ETL/ELT: Created both ETL & ELT solutions supporting data scientists in delivering various dashboards. Used SSIS, Azure Data Factory, T-SQL & PowerShell. Developed complex SSIS packages to download data from partner’s SFTP site and applied complex transformations using advanced scripting. • Digitalised contract submission process: Delivered a solution for contract submission and approval process by replacing paper based form and manual approval process by using Microsoft Forms, Power Apps, SharePoint & Power Automate. • Provided Power BI Training

Designed and developed BI solutions around client’s ERP and other sub-systems using Baan IV c4, SQL Server 2012/2014, SSIS, SSRS and Power BI. Provided end to end solution starting from requirement gathering, designing & development and documentation. Work included SSRS version migration to 2012, development in SQL Server, SSIS & Power BI to facilitate integrated Sales reporting.

Smartest Energy is UK’s leading purchaser of independent generation and supplier to sustainably-minded organisation. Provided BI services to the SAO (Smartest Asset Optimisation) project we developed various external and internal reports like finance accruals, industry invoices, customer statement etc. Working in an agile environment developed various SSIS packages to import data from various internal systems and also from gas industry(Gemini) files provided by Xoserve. Various charges are processed based on power and gas meter readings as well as power and gas trade. Developed energy pricing model using Power BI and provided self-service reporting. Developed project automation by automating the processing input files and generating analytics. Development Environment – Microsoft Azure, Office 365, SSRS, SSIS, Power BI, Sharepoint, TFS & DevOps.

Fluor is the largest Fortune 500 engineering & construction company. COntributed in one of the largest oil and gas project (Tengizchevroil - TCO) developed ETL systems to integrate various systems and feed the data warehouses. Used SSIS & TSQL as BI tools and sourced data from SQL Server 2008R2-2014, Oracle, XML, Spreadsheets and text files. Automated jobs using SQL agent & windows scheduler. Used TFS for version controlling. This is a complex environment dealing with more than a million tags and documents with many attributes across multiple engineering, validation & document management systems. Also developed reports using SSRS and many data-driven subscriptions have been setup to distribute reports to various stakeholders. Did a pilot to evaluate power BI for visualisation.
